What Information ORBIFLEX Collects.
We collect three categories of personal information - personal information you give us; personal information automatically collected from your use of the Services; and personal information from third party sources.
The personal information of a person who purchases the Services (a “Customer”) will be retained for as long as the Customer receives the Services and for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. ORBIFLEX may retain your personal information for longer if it may be the subject of a dispute, legal claim, or may otherwise be relevant for future litigation.
Personal information you give us
Account Data. A Customer must provide his or her name, address, telephone numbers, and email address to ORBIFLEX to activate the Services. Customers must promptly notify ORBIFLEX of any changes to such Personal Information.
Payment Data. We may also collect your digital payment details, bank account or payment card numbers, and transaction information in connection with a potential or actual transaction, which may be processed and stored by one or more third party payment service providers or digital payments companies.
Communications. When you communicate with ORBIFLEX including via phone, email, or chat we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide and, in regards to phone communications, record the communications.
Personal information we automatically collect
Usage data. When the Services are being used, ORBIFLEX periodically collects GPS coordinates and Customer’s vehicle status info that show the location of the pet, vehicle, or item that Customer chooses to track using the Services (“Location Information”). Location Information regarding Services performed for each Customer is linked to the personal information of that Customer and ORBIFLEX treats all Location Information it collects as personal information. Location Information will be retained for each Customer for a period that ORBIFLEX will decide in its sole discretion.
Device Data. ORBIFLEX collects information about your computer or mobile device, such as the visitor’s IP address, and their registered domain or home server. ORBIFLEX also collects information pertaining to the visitor’s operating system, browser version, referring site, and keywords used to locate the Site.
Cookies and similar technology. ORBIFLEX may use “cookies” to improve visitors’ experience at the Site. A “cookie” is a small file placed on a Site visitor’s computer that identifies the computer and data about the visit so that, when the visitor returns to the Site, the Site recognizes the visitor, which allows ORBIFLEX to tailor the Site to the visitor. Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information but may be linked to personal information that visitors provide to ORBIFLEX.

You can review, correct, update, and edit certain information that has been previously provided to ORBIFLEX by you at any time by logging in to your account and reviewing your account settings and profile. You can also access or request a correction of your information by contacting ORBIFLEX as indicated below in the “Contact us” section. For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request.

If you wish to close your account and request deletion of your personal information, please contact us as indicated below in the “Contact us” section. For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request.
Please note that ORBIFLEX may be unable to delete information needed to comply with applicable laws, detect or prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, assist with or process claims, troubleshoot problems, assist with any audits and investigations, to enforce our Terms of Service Agreement, and take other actions reasonably necessary, permitted, or required by applicable law. There may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed.
You can request a copy of your personal information pursuant to any information access rights that you may have under applicable laws. ORBIFLEX may request proof of identification or re-authentication to verify your access request.

The security, integrity, and confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us. ORBIXFLEX employs a number of technical, physical, and procedural measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, destruction, or alteration while it is under our control. For example, access to personal information is limited to ORBIFLEX and contractor personnel who need the information to provide the Services; and ORBIFLEX uses and requires its contractors to use technical measures to guard against unauthorized access to personal information. ORBIFLEX also requires Customers to use user identification and passwords to access personal onformation. Similarly, when visitors to the Site conduct payment card transactions with ORBIFLEX, ORBIFLEX uses procedures required by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards
However, no method of transmitting or storing information can be 100% secure and ORBIFLEX cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. Despite ORBIFLEX’s efforts to secure such information, it may be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of ORBIFLEX’s physical, technical, and procedural safeguards. Customers use the Services and visitors use the Site at their own risk.

Cross border transfer
The Services are controlled and operated from and intended for users from the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that information ORBIFLEX collects, will be transferred to, processed, stored and used in the United States. Your personal information may be used, stored, and processed in locations that may be outside of your state, province, or country of residence, and may have different and/or less protective data protection rules than those of your state, province, or country. As a result, this information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, regulatory agencies, security authorities, or law enforcement in those jurisdictions according to the laws in those jurisdictions. In any event that you permit children to use the ORBIFLEX Site or Services you will be violating the Terms of Service Agreement and you and only you agree to take full responsibility for any legal liability that could result from this violation.
You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORBIFLEX and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third party service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, losses, liabilities and damages of every kind and nature resulting from your inappropriate use of this Site related to children's information.
Third party privacy practices
This Privacy Policy addresses only the use and disclosure of information collected by ORBIFLEX. This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or service to which the Services link. The inclusion of a link on the Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates. If you disclose your information to others, or if you are directed to a third party website, their privacy notices and practices will apply.
Changes to this privacy policy
ORBIFLEX may change this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion. Please take a look at the “Last revised” legend at the top of this page to see when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site or as otherwise indicated. Your use of the Services following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree to these changes, do not use the Services and you can contact us to close your account. A Customer must notify ORBIFLEX within 30 days after ORBIFLEX notifies Customer of a change to this Privacy Policy if they elect to terminate the Services rather than accept the changes. ORBIFLEX will not charge Customer a termination fee if Customer terminates the Services as described in this paragraph.
California residents’ rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) California residents have certain rights regarding their personally identifiable information. If you would like to exercise these rights please contact us using the email address or phone number listed within the “Contact us” section below. For your own privacy and security, at our discretion, we may require you to prove your identity before providing the requested information. It may take us some time to respond to your request, but we will do so within the requirements of the CCPA.
